I’m honoured to have been featured in SurfGirl Magazine on April 2025, where I shared the journey that brought me to where I am today.
I discovered surfing at 27, and it was love at first sight — even though life often pulled me away from the ocean for months or even years at a time. I always felt the surf lifestyle was meant for me. Despite being introverted, surfing gave me confidence and made me feel like the best version of myself.
After years of trying to find fulfilment through other paths, I finally acknowledged that photography had always been my true passion. And at the beginning of 2021 I had a breakthrough: I could combine my love for the ocean and photography by shooting from the water. I started with a GoPro, then took the leap and invested in professional gear, trusting deeply that this was the right path.
What began as a three-month plan in Fuerteventura turned into a full-time life. Now, four years later, I’m still here, shooting in the water, living my dream.
